Preschool Movement & Gymnastics
Toddler Time - This is a 45 minute class for ages walking to three. A parent/care giver participates with the student. We will explore the equipment, gain strength and confidence in physical activity and have lots of fun!

Tiny Tots - This is a 45 minute class for our three years olds. The parent will not participate with the child. The child will learn to follow directions, take turns, learn basic gymnastics skills, as well as both large and small motor coordination and learn that physical activity is exercise and fun!

Gym Tots - This is an 1 hour class for our 4 & 5 year olds. Any new 4 or 5 year old would start in this class and our Tiny Tots progress to this class as they turn 4. We continue to explore the equipment, learning more skill, gaining more strength, flexibility and coordination

Super Tots - This is an 1 1/4 hour class for 4,5 and 6 years olds who have displayed strength, coordination and skill in the 4/5's class. This class will be geared toward advancing the gymnastics skills of the young athlete.

Mega Mites - This is an 1 1/2 hour advanced class for our young 5 - 8 year olds who show a high level of skill. Students will be invited to participate in Mega Mites.
