COMPULSORY TEAM

JPAC COMPULSORY PROGRAM

Compulsories is competitive program designed to teach foundational skills and body positions that are fundamental to success and in competing at a higher level in the future. By USAG standards, the routines are all the same. Your child will compete the same routines as other gymnasts at competitions across the nation at every meet, with the highest score coming from the most well executed performance.

CARRIE EPPERT

Compulsory Team Director & Optional Vault Coach: Carrie has been honored to be a member of the JPAC coaching staff since 2011. While she has been coaching for over 20 years, she has yet to meet a finer group of coworkers, as well as athletes.

She has a true passion for teaching and her greatest joy is watching each athlete find their own definition of success. At JPAC, her coaching focus is currently on Vault and Bars.

Outside of JPAC, her life is just as full! She and her husband Brady have three amazing children: Natalie, Noel, and Cooper. Their days are filled with laughter and never ending chaos, but they wouldn’t have it any other way.

BAILEY OSLER

Gymnastics has always been a huge part of Bailey's life. She started gymnastics at 18 months and finished her senior year as a Level 10. Growing up as a gym owners daughter, her love for coaching started at 12 years old when she began assisting her mom with classes. Prior to joining JPAC, Bailey coached Levels 3-9. Her favorite event to coach is bars.

In 2020, she graduated from Butler University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. While she was there, she enjoyed cheering on the Bulldogs for four years.

Bailey is now teaching 1st and 2nd grade reading. In her free time, she likes to craft and play with her puppy.

A GLIMPSE AT OUR SEASON

Form is a JPAC benchmark and something we teach at our lowest levels beginning in our pre-team program.

We love sparkle at JPAC. The gymnasts love our new competition leo reveal every two years!

JPAC works hard on making sure each athlete is well-prepared for each competition.
