JPAC competes levels 6-10 in the USA Gymnastics National Development Program. These athletes will compete all over the country in State, Regional and National competitions. The JPAC optional program has been very successful in helping athletes move to the highest levels, enter college on scholarships and qualifying athletes into the Elite program.

JPAC competes Elite and Hopes in the USA Gymnastics Elite Program. Elite program is for athletes striving to compete as USA National Team members.

CHECK IT OUT! Level 10s in their first week of summer training. In this video, Region 5 Gymnastics Insider highlights some of the warm-ups, drills, skills and conditioning JPAC does every day. Team JPAC has one of the largest Level 10 teams in Region 5. Below you will find each of our recruitable Level 10 athletes and links to their individual web sites or social media pages.

Owner/Team Director: Dave has been a successful gymnastics coach Level 3-Elite since 1999. Dave has seventeen years experience as a gymnast competing for four years as an Elite athlete. Prior coaching experience to opening JPAC was three years at WOGA in Plano and 11 years at Metroplex in Dallas. 2013 Region 5 Coach of the Year.

Dave is the loving father of two beautiful girls with wife, Jaycie Phelps. He loves spending time with them outside the gym.

Head Bars Coach: Kyle started coaching gymnastics in 2007. He coached at Gym-Nation Gymnastics in Mason, Ohio. He and his wife had the opportunity to transfer to JPAC in 2017, and he has made a significant contribution to Team JPAC, especially on bars! Kyle loves training athletes to help them achieve the goals they set. Even him seeing the smallest goals get accomplished gets him energized. Also, he feels that teaching the gymnasts life lessons through the sport of gymnastics is an important aspect of his role.

In Kyle's free time (which there is little of it), Kyle enjoys taking his dog, Griffey, on hikes at the park! Just watch his Insta-feed for proof of their fun adventures.

Conditioning/Optionals Coach: Autumn started coaching in 2008, where she and her husband worked at Gym-Nation. She dually worked as a nurse and coach for five years. She soon made the decision to coach full time and hasn't looked back.

She and her husband moved to JPAC in 2017, and feel lucky to be able to continue to work together. She loves impacting the kids lives in a positive way, teaching them life lessons, and helping them grow as not only gymnasts but individuals.

Outside of gymnastics, she loves spending time with family and friends and their dog Griffey.
