Prior coaching experience to opening JPAC was three years at WOGA in Plano and 11 years at Metroplex in Dallas. 2013 Region 5 Coach of the Year.

KYLE GRABLE
Head Bars Coach: Kyle started coaching gymnastics in 2007. He coached at Gym-Nation Gymnastics in Mason, Ohio. He and his wife had the opportunity to transfer to JPAC in 2017, and he has made a significant contribution to Team JPAC, especially on bars! Kyle loves training athletes to help them achieve the goals they set. Even him seeing the smallest goals get accomplished gets him energized. Also, he feels that teaching the gymnasts life lessons through the sport of gymnastics is an important aspect of his role.
In Kyle's free time (which there is little of it), Kyle enjoys taking his dog, Griffey, on hikes at the park! Just watch his Insta-feed for proof of their fun adventures.

AUTUMN GRABLE
Conditioning/Optionals Coach: Autumn started coaching in 2008, where she and her husband worked at Gym-Nation. She dually worked as a nurse and coach for five years. She soon made the decision to coach full time and hasn't looked back.
She and her husband moved to JPAC in 2017, and feel lucky to be able to continue to work together. She loves impacting the kids lives in a positive way, teaching them life lessons, and helping them grow as not only gymnasts but individuals.
Outside of gymnastics, she loves spending time with family and friends and their dog Griffey.
