A PERFECT START...
All recreational gymnastics classes are created for children ages 6 and up. At JPAC, we feel that age is when they will be most successful starting on the 'big' side of the gym. All classes are 1 hour in length but children are welcome to take more than one class.
All classes will be working on strength, flexibility, coordination and gymnastics skills. Gymnasts will learn all proper gymnastics terminology. they will train on all four events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor), as well as trampoline and tumble trak. Weeks are split up into circuits: Week A - Beam/Floor. Week B - Vault/Bars.

45 minutes - $80 per month
1 Hour Class - $85 per month
