Classes

JPAC offers a variety of classes for all ages and levels, beginners to advanced. We have all the state of the art equipment and training aids to help kids learn and progress safely and quickly. We have a fun and productive environment that allows kids to feel confident in their progress. All registrations must be made in the Parent Portal.  Please click the 'Register Now' button to access the portal and sign up for classes.  We offer free trial classes to all first time students to allow you to see how we work. Please select the trial button to register for your free trial class.  We have no long term sessions just month to month pay as you go convenience.

 

45 Minute Class - $80 per month

1 Hour Class - $85 per month

$10 off for each additional class, or if siblings are enrolled in other classes.

Annual Registration Fee - $30

TUMBLE & CHEER
AGES 6 AND UP

Pre-School Classes Offered:

Toddler Time (3 and under)

This is a 45-minute fun filled co-ed class for children walking to 3 years old.  A parent or caregiver participates with the child. You will explore the equipment, gain strength and confidence in physical activity and have lots of fun!

Mini Gym 1 (3 Year Old) 

This is a 45 minute co-ed class for 3 year olds without parent participation. The child will learn to follow directions, take turns, and share with other children, while learning basic gymnastics skills. Most of all they will learn that exercise is FUN!

 

Mini Gym 2 (4-5 Year Old) 

This is a 45 minute class for all beginner and intermediate 4-5 year old students. We will continue to explore the equipment, learning new skills, gaining strength, flexibility and coordination.

Mini Gym 3 (Invite Only)

This is a 1 hour class for all advanced 4-5 year olds who have displayed strength, confidence, coordination, and excellent listening and coachability. Gymnasts who excel in this group will have the option of 2 classes per week and then move into the pre team levels which will prepare them for competition. Child must be registered for class by our front desk staff.

Mini Tumble (4-6 Year Old)

This class is for students ages 4-5 who are interested only is learning tumbling skills. Will teach towards cheer, dance and martial arts.

Recreational Classes Offered:

Gym 1 - Beginners

This is a 1-hour class for children ages 6 and up.  This class is appropriate for children with no previous experience in gymnastics.  This class focuses on the basics of strength, flexibility, and coordination. Skills that students in this class will work towards are headstands, handstands, forward and backwards rolls, cartwheels, trampoline basics, pullover on bars, balance beam basics and more.

Gym 2- Intermediate (Invite Only)

This is a 1-hour class that expands on the skills from Gym 1.  Students will continue to work on strength and flexibility and work towards more intermediate skills such as round-offs, back and forward walkovers, trampoline jump sequences, casting on bars and more. A pull-over on bars is required.

 

Gym 3 - Advanced (Invite Only)

This is a 1-hour class for students that have mastered the skills in Gym 2.  Students will require permission from a JPAC coach to register for this class.  This class will work towards more advanced skills such as a running roundoff, back handsprings, straight leg pullovers and back hip circles on bars, and jumps and leaps on beam.

Tumble & Cheer Classes Offered:

Intro to Tumbling

This is a 1-hour class for children ages 6 and up.  This class is appropriate for children with no previous experience with tumbling.  This class focuses on the basics of strength, flexibility, and coordination. Skills that students in this class will work towards are forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels.

Tumbling 1

This is a 1-hour class that expands on the skills from Intro to Tumbling.  Students will continue to work on strength and flexibility and work towards more intermediate skills such as round-offs and back and forward walkovers.

Tumbling 2

This is a 1-hour class that expands on the skills from Tumbling 1.  Students will continue to work on strength and flexibility and work towards more intermediate skills such as back handsprings, round off back handsprings, bounders, and round off series.

 

Tumbling 3

This is a 1-hour class for students that have mastered the skills in Tumbling 2.  Students will require permission from a JPAC coach to register for this class.  This class will work towards more advanced skills such as standing tucks and round off back handspring tucks.

Tumbling 4 (and up)

This is a 1-hour class for students that have mastered the skills in Tumbling 3.  Students will require permission from a JPAC coach to register for this class.  This class will work towards more advanced skills such as layouts and twisting skills.
